About Us
My Name is Connie and I am proud to be able to say that I'm a Mom-preneur from Southern California. My 3-year-old son, Aidan is my inspiration for Aidan's Corner.
Like all parents, my husband and I love taking Aidan out to experience new things and go to new places. And as soon as he was able to eat solids I was excited that I didn't have to pack his meals everywhere we went.
But we learned quickly that restaurants rarely had meals even kids meals where was the food came out in bite size pieces and after years of carrying around a kids spoon, fork and knife set I realized that what I really needed was a good pair of scissors.
We love giving Aidan a taste of everything we eat and sometimes a kids knife wasn't strong enough to cut through a steak or even veggies.
